Landlord Gas
Safety Checks and Certificates
Our engineers
carry out a very large amount of Landlord Gas Safety Checks
for our Landlords, Estate Agents and Property Management Companies
on an annual basis. As everyone is aware this is a statutory
requirement of all Landlords to make sure, and have certificates
to prove, that all gas appliances in their rented properties
are safe.
1. Landlord
Gas Safety Check and issued certificate for up to three appliances
is
£52.00 plus vat.
2. Over
three gas appliances then add £15.00 plus vat
per appliance thereafter.
3. If
the gas appliances are serviced at the same time (£52.00
plus vat per appliance) then a discount of 35%
will be given on the overall cost of the invoice.
